  • The download is exclusively for use in your organisation by you and you shall not breach the licensing agreement above. 
  • This product is supplied as a digital download. Once you have expressly consented to immediate download on our sales platform and acknowledged that you lose your statutory right to cancel, refunds cannot be provided simply because you change your mind.
  • If the files are defective, incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from their description, please contact us within 30 days. We will either resolve the issue promptly or provide an appropriate refund where required by law.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
